PSHE Teacher | ASAP or September Start | Gedling Secondary School (NG4)
Long Term Futures are currently looking to recruit a PSHE teacher on behalf of one of our client schools in Gedling, Nottingham (NG4).
We are looking for a passionate PSHE teacher to join the faculty either ASAP or in September 2024. You will be expected to work Monday- Friday from 8:15am to 3:30pm. The pay will be discussed upon registration and is dependent upon your teaching scale, experience, and ability, however, it will range between £(Apply online only) per day. The position is available initially until December, with a permanent opportunity then available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
You have a QTS (Unqualified with relevant in school experience considered)
A good degree in the taught subject area.
You have knowledge of, and are up to date with, the current curriculum.
You have a passion for working with children and can make a positive difference.
You possess a valid Enhanced DBS, if not we can help you apply for one!
Contribute to the curriculum area you teach and support the departments development plan as required by your lead practitioner.Specific responsibilities include:
Marking and planning
Attending parents' evenings, if applicable
Following the behavioural policy within school
Following all safeguarding policies and procedures
Ensuring a constructive working environment
