£525 - £550 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

September 2024 – July 2025

The School and Role

A larger than average Primary School situated in the Newcastle area are looking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant from September 2024. The successful applicant will be expected to cover PPA across the school from Early Years – Upper Key Stage 2. All staff members within school, work together to provide an inclusive and positive learning environment for all to succeed. This role is full-time, with potential to turn permanent.

Requirements

The desired Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will:

-          Preferably have experience of supporting across the school.

-          Hold a Level 4 Teaching Qualification.

-          Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-          Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.

-          Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
