WHAT TO EXPECT

As the Marketing Senior Executive, you’ll support the Range Rover Head of Communications in overseeing best-in-class comms across our owned, earned and paid media, to connect and build affinity with Range Rover’s clients and key stakeholders, ensuring it supports our brand values, strategy and objectives.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Support and deputise for the Range Rover Head of Comms, attending meetings as their representative, able to brief and guide the wider team on the Range Rover Comms Strategy.
Support the development of the annual and quarterly comms plans to ensure they deliver on the overall Range Rover brand and comms strategy.
Work with the Centre of Excellence team to develop storytelling opportunities, campaign briefs, content requirements and asset lists, ensuring the output is aligned with the Range Rover brand objectives.
Work with internal and external partners on the development of global content and assets, ensuring they meet the campaign brief requirements.
Be proactive in working with the regions and markets on their comms plans devised from the global comms strategy, ensuring they underpin the overall Range Rover Comms objectives.
Monitor the performance and global use of assets and content supplied to the regions, suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
Track performance targets, ensuring campaigns support customer loyalty, brand health, awareness and affinity targets across the marketing comms channels.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing, App and Website teams to develop best-in-class assets and user journeys across our digital marketing platforms.
Work closely with the Range Rover Product teams, including SV, providing guidance and expertise to elevate storytelling opportunities and to promote their nameplates across comms channels in a creative way. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 
As the Marketing Senior Executive, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Have the ability to deliver high-quality output, consistently, in a complex and demanding environment.
Experience working to deliver marketing and comms strategies, creating content and assets that support the strategy.
Strong understanding of media trends and different comms channels (including digital and performance marketing). 
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Progressive and creative, have a proactive approach, always looking ahead and able to see beyond the short-term immediate tasks.
Enthusiastic, with the ability to energise and collaborate with others.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
