As the Clinical Services Manager in Theatres, you'll be responsible for:

Strategically planning the clinical services and managing the day-to-day operations of the Theatre departments.
Providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff.
Supporting the hospital's initiatives.
Working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
Deploying, supervising, and teaching staff within the clinical area.The ideal candidate for the Clinical Services Manager in Theatres role should have:

Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially.
Preferably a Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
An understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
Experience in acute nursing care.If you've worked as a Theatre Manager, Clinical Services Lead, Theatre Services Manager, Clinical Department Manager, or a Registered Nurse with management experience, this Clinical Services Manager in Theatres role could be a perfect fit for you.
