Cheshire/North Wales - Hybrid working - 3 days site, 2 days home

A business in Cheshire/North Wales boarder are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their CS team!

This role will process orders, answer customer enquiries, arrange deliveries and create reports.

We're looking for personable characters who are customer centric. Ideally you will have some manufacturing industry customer service experience but this isn't essential.

Working hours:
• Standard hours 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
• Early rota 07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Friday – one week in six
• On call rota (weekend working from home) – one week in ten with a fixed payment extra payment for this.

£27,500 Salary + On call weekend payments
