Job description
Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a local Distributor to recruit for a new Customer Service Coordinator due to growth .
This role will be the main point of contact for set customers as well as:.
Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for customer enquiries to resolution
· Account Management of set customers
· Liaising with various department to ensure customer queries are answered
· Working with Sales providing reports of customers orders
· Liaising with warehouse and production about orders
· Communicating with the customer every step of the way
· Attending customer meetings
This is a great role which will give you all the skills of an Account Manager – you will have your own customers that you can build relationships with
Monday to Thursday is 9am to 5pm and Friday 8;30am to 4:30pm
Salary is £23,000 with an increase to £24000 after probation
Ideally we are looking for an immediate start
