We are recruiting for an excellent Fleet Controller to join our Warrington Depot.

Fleet Controller Role
*
To assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the rental and contract fleet
*
To ensure all rental documentation is correctly completed
*
To ensure all vehicle damage is progressed as per company procedures
*
To complete general administration tasks – updating customer insurances, and various fleet reports
*
Booking appointments with customers and third-party workshops
*
Maintain and update incident management
*
To assist in managing driver resource daily including all legal requirements
*
To assist in minimising the off-road time for all vehicles and compliance to O Licence regulations
*
The ordering of parts and updating of order numbers
*
The control of workshop paperwork
*
Dealing with breakdowns
*
Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the depot manager, including providing cover for other areas of the depot administration function
What are we looking for?
Essential
*
Effective verbal and written skills, coupled with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent customer service skills
Desireable
* Previous administrative experience within commercial vehicle/transport industry
