Pure Staff are currently looking for a HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver in Haverfordwest.

Pay rates (PAYE)

Monday to Friday on Days paying £17.00 per hour

Monday to Friday on Nights, paying £18.00 per hour

Saturday and Sunday, paying £20.00 per hour

*** NO Limited Company Contractors ***

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.

A HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver can be expected to work between 10 to 12 hours long depending on location of deliveries.

Days start between 05:00 and 08:00

Nights start between 17:00 and 21:00

This work is milk tanker work and you will be expected to dispatch milk from the vehicle.

You will accrue holiday pay separately and is not included in your hourly pay, all drivers will have the option to enrol into a pension after 3 months.

Our Clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive an HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver lorry successfully but also have good communication to ensure that all deliveries / collections / trailer swaps are completed by speaking to the transport team.

There will be stop call wait procedure with all clients to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.

To be considered for the role you will need:

HGV C+E Driving licence
Tanker Experience is essential for this role
6 months HGV C+E Class 1 Driver experience is preferred but not essential (new passes will be accepted for certain roles depending on the customers insurance criteria)
CPC Card
Digital card
Clean Licence preferred with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD CD CU IN) codesPure Staff prides itself on delivering a first-class service and as a direct result we offer a refer an HGV Class 1 Driver or HGV C Class 2 Driver and after they have worked for us for a month receive £100 for you and £50 for them!
