Job Opportunity: Assistant Supported Living Manager
Location: Carmarthen
Salary: £24,024 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, days only

We are currently seeking an Assistant Supported Living Manager to join our client in Carmarthen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with senior experience in health and social care to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Supported Living Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the supported living home
Assist in the management of staff, including training, supervision, and performance management
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services tailored to the individual needs of residents
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments
Promote a positive and inclusive environment that enhances the well-being and independence of residentsRequirements:

Senior experience within the health and social care sector
Understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
