Technician - Electrically Bias

Our Award-winning client, a leading manufacturing company in Caerphilly, is currently looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join the team. As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the machinery and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise and knowledge will be vital in maintaining our high standards of production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on all electrical equipment.
* Troubleshooting and fault-finding to identify and resolve electrical issues.
* Performing repairs and replacements to faulty equipment.
* Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Conducting machine setting and adjustments for optimal performance.
* Implementing and maintaining a fix-on-fail methodology to reduce production downtime.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure effective and efficient running of production processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
* A formal electrical qualification, preferably experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience in fault finding
* Familiarity with machine setting and adjustments.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
