Senior Planner- Berkshire

Value Match are supporting a Public Sector Client who are seeking to appoint a Senior Planner This role is INSIDE IR35 with a contract of 18 months. This role is fully office based in Berkshire with no possibility of hybrid working
The role involves:
* Delivering Project Controls Planning and EVM expertise and analysis for projects.
* Quality of EV variance analysis for schedule performance. (SPI)
* Supporting the delivery of Planning tools and EVMS, templates and training to internal customers.
* Reviewing project WBS and agreeing / recommending changes to the Project’s Control Manager.
Candidates applying for this role must have the following skills and experience:
* Experience as a senior planner in a secure environment
* Implementing Planning processes, policies and procedures within the projects supported.
* Producing Planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm within the projects.
* Supporting the Business Management Manager with emergent projects as directed by Business Controller.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with and awareness of key project stakeholders
