We have an immediately-available role for a Main Contractor’s Junior Site Manager / ASM on a £10m high tech warehouse development in Perivale, West London.
The position would best suit an ambitious, up-and-coming Supervisor / Manager with 3+ years management experience who would benefit from the opportunity to work for a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager who is looking for a protégé to mentor on this project until the end of the year and then on a £25m luxury care home in St John’s Wood.
The current scheme is set up with steel frame and groundworks near completion and the role is designed to free up the current number one to undertake other duties by opening up the site first thing in the morning, undertaking inductions, briefings and toolbox talks and recording progress photographically, uploading information onto Procore so previous experience on a Document Management System is needed.
The company is a main contractor with a successful, near 100 year history, headquartered in the City of London with a healthy forward pipeline of work so we are looking for candidates seeking stable, long term career progression.
With employment commencement hoped for in the second week of May, interviews are available in w/c 29th April and salary is a competitive £45k to £50k + package
