A thriving Mechanical Contractor operating nationwide is currently seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their seasoned team, focusing primarily on commercial and retail fit-out projects with values of up to £6m.
Renowned for its family environment and collaborations with prestigious buildings and clients, the company fosters a fantastic working balance, along with strong career progression.
You will be based in Surrey/Greater London office, while also undertaking weekly site visits to projects typically ranging from £500k to £6m. Depending on your level of experience, you'll enjoy considerable autonomy over designated projects and report to a Commercial Manager.
