Maintenance Plumber

This organisation is one of the most prestigious Universities in the UK and offers outstanding higher education and research which is renowned across the world. This is a chance for a level 2 qualified maintenance plumber with building services maintenance experience to join an in house estates team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the In House Estates team and be based at one of the central Campus locations in this Static Maintenance Plumbing role. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday.

Within this plumbing and mechanical maintenance engineer role you will be responsible for:

Reactive plumbing
PPMs
Chillers
Air handling Units 
Heating systems 
Working as a team

This is a varied maintenance position for a level 2 qualified plumber with some mechanical plant room maintenance experience who wants to join a well run team who have a great sense of pride about their work. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday to Friday. The campus is easily in reach of Charing Cross, Holborn, Covent Garden and Chancery Lane. 

For this Maintenance Plumbing role in London, we are looking for:

A level 2 in plumbing City and Guilds or NVQ
Plumbing maintenance experience
Experience of maintaining air handling units and general plant room maintenance
A great work ethic and desire for a long term, stable role
A helpful nature and someone who prides themself on great teamwork.
