Location: Romford
Salary: up to £35k Plus bonus, plus car allowance
Role: Permanent – Full-Time Permanent

We are in search of a seasoned internal talent acquisition professional to join the team, tasked with overseeing the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Formulating and executing effective resourcing strategies to attract and retain caniddates

* Identifying and evaluating potential, assessing behaviours and competencies

* Delivery of recruitment metrics, providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes

* Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates and agencies

* Partner with the HRBP in identifying and delivering both current and future recruitment needs

* Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the realm of recruitment and employment
