M&E Site Manager

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a M&E Site Manager for our rapidly expanding client based in Milton Keynes. This will be working on industrial and commercial spaces throughout the UK.

As an M&E Site Manager your duties will be but not limited to –

* Day to Day management on site-based works

* Responsible for resources working on site

* Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance to the design

* Updating and keep record of site diaries

* Health and safety checks

* Site briefing and talks with engineers

The salary for this position will start from £45,000 - £50,000. Dependent on experience.

The working hours for this position are 08:00am – 05:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Requirements for the role –

* Time served as a Site Manager

* SMSTS

* Relevant CSCS card

* Full First Aid at work

* Math and IT skills

This is a permanent position with a benefits package which will be confirmed, including holiday and pension.
