Project manager fit out

working for this leading fit out contractor and reporting to a non-resident Contracts Manager you will be responsible for :

Lead and manage a large fit-out project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively managing their expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, making informed decisions to address challenges and changes.
Champion the client's brand and values, acting as a strong ambassador and ensuring a positive reputation in the industry.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record as a Project Manager in office fit-out or related construction projects.
Experience managing projects with a value in excess of £2 million.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
