Job Description

Are you ready to lead and coordinate in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a motivated Pre Construction Manager to drive excellence in our projects! 🌟

🎯 Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and coordinate the Pre Construction team for successful client deliverables
Promote Nuclear Safety and Security Culture within the team and wider project
Implement Behavioural Science initiatives as appropriate
Ensure compliance with Client Construction and Nuclear Processes
Coordinate project activities and dependencies with external factors
Embed Nuclear Safety aspects within the pre-construction phase
Form and manage effective relationships with project stakeholders
Identify, manage, and mitigate conventional interfaces and dependencies
Drive learning and improvement opportunities within the team and wider project
Manage Construction Management aspects including schedule, financials, and reporting
Line management duties for the Delivery team as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant SHEFQ policies and procedures
Account for HSSE risks and manage measures to negate them
Liaise with key stakeholders and adjoining projects to manage risks effectively
Ensure all appointments meet HSSE obligations and have necessary skills and training
Implement site security measures and prevent unauthorized access

Qualifications

🔍 Qualifications:

Sound commercial knowledge and construction delivery experience
Experience with NEC contracts and management of change
Strong IT skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Desirable: Experience in complex operational environments, collaborative work, Primavera P6, and CEMAR or similar tools
