Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a Part Time Health and Safety Administrator.

The role is based in Elland and will involve taking responsibility for the upkeep and administration of Health and Safety policies and procedures, with the support of an external Health and Safety Consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have previous Health and Safety admin experience, ideally with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

Responsibilities:

* Fire Safety

* Manual Handling

* Monitoring LOLER and servicing for Fork Lift Trucks

* Training

* Inductions

* Risk assessments / Method Statements

* Safe working procedures

* COSHH

* External Contractors - Safety whilst on-site

* Monthly report to Directors

* Liaise with External Consultants to ensure compliance with any changes to existing or new legislation changes

Working 20 – 25 hours per week, ideally over 3 to 5 days. Flexible dependant on the person and their availability.

This is a lovely Part Time Role, working with a friendly, helpful team of staff. They already have excellent systems and procedures to manage their Health and Safety, they’re now looking for someone who can focus on this and take responsibility for keeping it up to date and compliant.
