Excellent opportunity for Welder Fabricator to join a prestigious engineering manufacturer in Bradford, on a permanent basis. Regular day shift, pension scheme, 29 days annual leave and paying double time on weekends. This opportunity offers genuine progression, structured training and continued development plans.

Some examples of the work the welder fabricator will be working on include; staircases, mezzanine floors, balustrades, rolled tanks, frameworks, screw feeders, base plates, and hydraulics tanks.

Between £15.50 and £16 depending on ability
Overtime paid 150% through the week and double after 12 noon on Saturday up until Sunday evening

39-hour working week 7.30 am - 4pm

Welder Fabricator duties:

Operation of Welding Plant and hand tools
Working with materials such as mild and stainless sheet metal as well as aluminium.
Quality checking of all completed work
Working to a customer demand schedule for on-time deliveries.
Working to the highest levels of Safety and Quality.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and make suitable calculations.
Welder Fabricator Skills and Experience:

Highly skilled in all sheet metal duties, including fabrication, marking, bending, cutting, drilling, forming and general sheet metal manipulation
Experienced Welder MIG / TIG
Capable of achieving required tolerances
Experienced in the use of guillotine, plasma cutter, rollers & various hand tools etc.
Be able to dress finished surfaces to a very high standard.
