Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days WFH

The Role

As a Marketing Executive at Ultimate, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Market research and competitor analysis are key to identifying growth opportunities. Developing our digital presence on our website and social channels will be a large focus of this role, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective marketing initiatives.

Scope and Remit:

As a Marketing Executive at Ultimate, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

* Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
* Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure they reflect our brand identity and are optimised for lead generation.
* Assist in the creation of company pitch documentation and wraparounds.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and case studies to support client meetings.
* Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and keep abreast of competitor activities.
* Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase our capabilities with potential clients.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to support business development efforts.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Knowledge, training and experience required:

* Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the construction, interior design, or related industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically social media.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
