Our client, a growing forward-thinking construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Huddersfield.
Key responsibilities of the role include conducting building surveys, preparing and overseeing maintenance schedules, providing expert advice on property matters, and managing projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry and will either be chartered or actively working towards achieving chartership status.
The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and will have a full UK driving licence.
