Our client, a leading consultancy based in Yorkshire but with other offices across the UK, offer a full range of services to their clients from laser scanning, topographical surveys, measured building surveys, review of major roads and ecological systems reviews. Their work is interesting as they deliver geomatics and reality capture for their clients allowing their clients to visualise and interrogate existing building structures, both internally and externally, which consequently will allow them to administer FM solutions for the future of the building.
They will utilise all the latest equipment including UAV’s and thermal imaging and this will be shared with their Building Surveying and Architectural departments, thus providing the full spectrum of services to their clients, which range from the National Trust, heritage projects, MOD to Local Authorities as well as private businesses.
If you are an experienced Senior Surveyor looking to take the next step up or even an Associate Director, then this position may be just what you are looking for. You will have operational responsibilities and will be expected to deliver on surveys however, there is a succession plan in place to become a Director and retain equity in the business.
