Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

About the Role: Gilbert Meher is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a leading residential care home in Leeds. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support the Residential Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the facility and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Residential Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home.
Support the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
Provide leadership and support to care staff, promoting a positive working environment.
Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential care home setting.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
