Purpose of job:
This field based, territory management role, will be primarily responsible for driving sales and promoting the capacity of Sheffield Technology Limited's state-of-the-art 24kW laser cutting machine, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to exceed company targets.
Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and promote the capacity of the first UK large format 24kW laser cutting machine to prospective clients.
* Exceed customer expectations by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
* Achieve and surpass company sales targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position our offerings.
* Full sales area autonomy, responsible for budgets, territory management and accountability.
* Identify additional processes and added value where applicable.
Skills & attributes:
* Currently selling materials processing capacity in the UK, IE or EU.
* Analytical and strategic in your approach.
* Capable of working independently.
* Confi­dent in front of customers.
* Ability to identify and penetrate new markets and opportunities.
* Have a history in creating & maintaining a multi-million sales pipeline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* Drive and a 'can do' attitude are the key characteristics to succeed in this role.
