location: Castleford, West Yorkshire 

Salary: Startign at £50,000 per annum (rising to £55,000 pa when both homes are REgistered and fully operational)

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager lookinf dor a unique opportunity to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two two-bed EBD homes in the Castleford area, within close promixmity of each other.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of both homes, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained 
Develop and implement effective care planbs tailored to the individual needs of each resident 
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and support 
Foster a positive and exclusive environment for both residents and staff
Liaise with external and stake holders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards 
Drive continious improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
