Paint Sprayer

Our client is a well known and long established privately owned company that has been providing machining and fabrication services to industry since 1974. The company is based out of Ossett, Wakefield, which provides quick and easy access to all major routes throughout the UK. They work from a large manufacturing unit boasting 80,000 sq ft capacity and offer a range of services including heavy steel fabrication, mechanical pipe fabrication and installation, and thermal store/buffer vessels.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join our team.

Do you have knowledge and experience in applying paint by airless and or airless air assisted spray pumps as well as the use of conventional pressure pot spray guns, along with a good knowledge of two pack paints Inc epoxy primers

We are looking for someone who is conscientious in their way of working, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, and who can cope with the pace of production whether working as part of a team or on their own. 2 years experience as a commercial or industrial sprayer is essential.

Applicants will be expected to complete a spray test prior to a job being offered if completed to a satisfactory standard.

Candidates should be able to work at heights and/or in confined spaces.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday – overtime available

Salary: £14.50 + per hour - negotiable depending on experience plus overtime at time and a half.
