Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of recruitment within the construction sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and matching skilled candidates with our clients' specific needs. This role offers excellent earning potential through uncapped commission and provides a platform for career growth within the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for construction roles.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
