TEAM LEADER - SUPPORTED LIVING
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to work in the adults supported living and independent living care sectors - supporting service users with learning disabilities, mental heath issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care.
* Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
As a Care Team Leader your role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
* Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
* Managing staff and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
* Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
* Following of policies and procedures
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Care Team Leader should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 highly desirable
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Have a strong character and be a good communicator
* Be a reflective leader
* Want to develop their own style of management
* Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
* Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or senior
The Package:
The benefits package for the Care Team Leader role includes:
* A basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
