Night Work - starting Midnight Sunday through to Friday AM - must have valid drivers license and have experience driving large transit style van

Assist the Contracts Manager to ensure jobs are completed to an excellent standard and job cancellations and re-visits are kept to a minimum.

Support the Contracts Manager to ensure that employees travel is minimised.

Support the Contracts Manager in the review of tracking reports/data.

Complete cleaning works as scheduled throughout the week.

Act as team liaison between service Management, administrators, employees and sub-contractors as required.

Support the Contracts Manager in the continued operation of the vehicle tracking systems, ensuring the fleet trackers are continually operational.

Supervise the team, at times remotely, ensuring on-site activities are coordinated to ensure successful completion of allocated tasks. Be the source of advice for the team on client works.

Ensure all works carried out by the Specialist & Industrial Services team are completed with a Safety-First culture.To be the Out of Hours contact during scheduled shifts, completing all urgent/necessary actions.

Carry out Ad-hoc audits of performance, H&S and employee conduct, reporting any failings back to the Contracts Manager.

Ensure employees are adhering to internal timelines for submission of timesheets, mileage returns, completion of mandatory training etc.

Support the Contracts Manager, utilising the skillset available to price prospective works, maintaining margin in line with service, directorate, company expectations.

Proactively monitor the team to ensure the Bidvest Noonan brand is protected operationally, conducting works in a professional manner. Ensure employees are correctly uniformed and are using the correct PPE and are compliant with Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS).

Maintain communications with management to ensure employees have sufficient materials, tools, spares and cleaning products on vehicles, in order to start and complete scheduled works.

Support management in the training of new employees, particularly in the use of equipment and vehicle, ensuring competence is achieved prior to an employee's sole working.

Any other task deemed reasonable of the role of the Team Leader.
