Position Overview:
We are hiring for a number of skilled and experienced mechanically biased Maintenance Engineers to support an ongoing project involving commissioning, troubleshooting and upgrades to a manufacturing plant in Sweden.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a large-scale, high-profile engineering project with accommodation and travel expenses covered!!
I am keen to speak with mechanically biased maintenance engineers who are looking for a hands-on position. You will be working alongside the existing full time maintenance team to help develop and optimise the growing manufacturing facility including:
* Performing PPM’s and reactive repairs on a variety of semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment
* Analysing equipment and making assessments on repairs and upgrades
* Working with Project Leads to ensure scheduled maintenance KPI's are being met
* Ensure relevant and critical spare parts stock is maintained
* Delivering maintenance optimisation recommendations based on findings
* Install and calibrate instrumentations and controls
* Maintain and repair equipment such as generators, hydraulics and pneumatics, electrical control systems, motors and conveyors
Required Skills:
* Good written and spoken English language skills
* Proven mechanical experience and qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experienced with mechanical fault-finding on manufacturing and production equipment
* Ideally also have some electrical fault-finding knowledge and awareness
* Experience with automation systems would be highly beneficial
