Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare production and other reports, Recommend measures to improve productivity, Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Train or arrange for training, Estimate costs and materials, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Establish methods to meet work schedules, Requisition materials and supplies
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2-year experience
• Ability to work in busy environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently as well as prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
