Stakeholder Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Europe
Responsibilities
Support communication efforts and coordinate CSR activities.
Organize and oversee events and CSR programs.
Gather and convey information to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
Overview of stakeholder management and engagement activities.
Manage internal stakeholders.
Follow up on local community engagement and maintain working relationships with community interest groups.
Coordinate with other Work Streams on stakeholder-related activities.
Develop strategies for proactive stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
Manage a Grievance Mechanism for stakeholders.Requirements
3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
2+ years of experience within the energy industry.
Local experience (Project location/ area) is desirable
