Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team. The successful Project Architect should have a good understanding and experience of running their own projects as well as managing various schemes. Our client has some exciting projects in their pipeline including some exciting education, high-rise residential, commercial and residential projects.
Project Architect Position Overview
Run and manage projects independently
Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
Manage / mentor more junior members of staff
Work on all RIBA stages
Prepare tender applications and presentations
Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
Liaise with clients and develop key relationships Project Architect Position Requirements
ARB registered
Degree qualified in Architecture
Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit advantageous
Ability to run own projects
Good design skills
Living in or around Newcastle
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Project Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary (£35,000 - £50,000 DOE)
