Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for 2 Area Leaders for a food manufacturing company based in Knowsley L34 area.
The position is ongoing and will change into a permanent contract for suitable candidates.
The responsibilities will include, but might not be limited to:
* To manage a team of 3 working in production.
* To ensure the team is trained and upskilled where required
* The role is physical and requires manual handling
* To manage and control the production of up to 60 tons of products per week
This is a TTP role. Successful candidates will go perm after 12weeks.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Mature and responsible approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience within food manufacturing
* Experience managing a small team
* Be flexible
Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday
* rotational
* 05:00-13:00 and 13:00-21:00
Rate of pay:
* £13.50ph
