Dynamic Operations Manager
Based in Speke Liverpool
Salary – Negotiable down to level of experience

My client is based in the Speke area with it’s head office being located in New Zealand, this role provides the chance to work for a business that provides products & services Globally and is on a upwards growth trajectory!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the operations team
Oversee stock management and conduct quarterly stock takes.
Gather intelligence from the sales team to plan stock three months in advance.
Assist with transport and logistics coordination.
Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
Negotiate site contracts and manage external contractors.
Place orders from the head office and liaise with accounts.
Set and monitor team targets.
Conduct Quarterly performance reviews.
Report into Senior leadership team in Head office and participate in senior management meetings
Conduct supplier reviews and negotiate SLA`s
Account support with debtors
Employment & Health & Safety
Support Sales Director with tea KPI`s
The Ideal Candidate:
Possesses strong organisational & Leadership skills.
Demonstrates consideration and thoughtfulness in decision-making.
Values open communication and listens to ideas.
Has a strong numerical aptitude
Is commercially savvy
Team player
Required Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in Business Management.
Knowledge of supply chain processes would be an advantage.
Understanding of logistics / warehousing.
Exceptional excel & MS package skills.
