My client is part of a multi disciplinary group, supplying a range of construction services across the North. They have become a regional leader in the field of passive fire protection delivering works to occupied properties.
They are a well established company that have been in existence coming up to 30 years with a great reputation in the industry, driven by their excellent attitude to compliance and doing things right first time.
Due to recent increase in workload, they're looking to appoint a contract manager to oversee their fire door works. You will be responsible for overseeing the fire door projects across the North ensuring projects are completed on time, compliantly and to budget.
They have a great team culture with the support to enable growth both individually and as a company. You will be a fast learner who is able to work at pace, commercially astute, and be willing to assist your colleagues whenever needed.
You will need experience of working in fire doors, be confident technically and ideally have undertaken accreditations / been assessed by an accrediting body.
