Alice Rose is recruiting for an Mechanical Engineer to work for one of the largest property services providers in Liverpool Street. This is an opportunity to work at one of the most prestigious property services providers in a brand new commercial building.
The successful Mechanical Engineer will come for an mechanical background, ideally apprentice trained or fully qualified through City and Guilds or an NVQ, previous experience working in a commercial environment as a demise engineer and has carried out planned preventive & reactive maintenance on various building services equipment.
Mechanical Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System
* Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to always maintain plant in serviceable order.
* Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.
* Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.
* Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
* To maintain & develop good client relationships.
* Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate, including the utilisation of the shift engineers to ensure the task is suitably completed.
Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
* City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
* A proven track record in Building Maintenance ideally within a commercial site (Bank, Data Centre ect)
* Good Communication Skills.
* Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience
