Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for a leading property services provider in London to provide both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to one of their flagship sites near Liverpool Street. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical engineer to join the existing maintenance team due to company growth.
The successful Mechanical Engineer will be required to carry out PPM and reactive works on pumps, fans, plant rooms, Cooling Towers, VAV, FCU’s, AHU’s, L8, water treatment and other remedial tasks.
Mechanical Engineer Duties:
* Proven track record in building maintenance ideally within a residential environment.
* Commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
* FCU's, AHU’s
* Cooling Towers
* Must have a strong background in pumps and seal repairs.
* BMS Head End Controls
* HVAC plant
* More specifically experience on CHP, Absorption chillers, Vacuum waste / toilets, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Chilled beams would be beneficial.
* L8 & water treatment
This role is paying up to £40,000 per annum based on experience. There are also opportunities to progress as the company are always expanding. In addition to this you will be receiving training.
Mechanical Engineer Qualifications:
* Apprentice Trained
* Mechanical Qualifications - City Guilds or NVQ Level or Equivalent
* Building Services knowledge Experience
* Solid site experience on a commercial site
