Production Operator

As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team.
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for general assmebly, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Production Operator Key Responsibilities:
General assembly
Basic soldering ( will be taught)
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Packing and labelling
Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Starting salary of £23,200.32 rising to £24,336.36 after probation
