With an extensive history of delivering award-winning Residential led schemes, our client are going through a huge period of growth and an influx of new work specifically in the Residential sector. Package:
Up to £38,000 p/annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Duties:
Interpret client briefs and produce working drawings and technical documents for residential projects across the UK
Ensure compliance with the latest legislation and building regulations
Collaborate effectively within the technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate technical drawings and documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain thorough documentation and records of project progress
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering their growth and development
Requirements:
Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience working on residential / mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders, specifically in the UK
Sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of building regulations, specifically related to large-scale Residential schemes
Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
Excellent communication ability
Excellent Technical knowledge
Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6
