Construction Manager

£60,000 - £70,000 + Package (Car allowance: 10% of annual salary, private health scheme, pension, etc,.)
My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in Hertfordshire and currently have a number of exciting new projects in place which they are looking for multiple Construction Managers to join their team in the Swindon, Wiltshire area.
Construction Manager Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor Management
- Manage multiple packages
- Manage Assistants and Trainees
- Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures.
- Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A proven background working for a Main Contractor
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
- Industrial & Logistics, Pharma, Life Science project experience.
- Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ)
- Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
