Assistant Merchandiser | Kemble (Hybrid)
Full time | £28,000 - £31,000 + bonus
Come and join Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow + Rock, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team in Kemble.
You’ll be a key partner to the Merchandiser, ensuring categories are traded as effectively as possible, ensuring the flow & movement of stock through the business maximises profitability and assist the merchandiser in the delivery of the category strategy!
As the Assistant Merchandiser, you will be involved with supporting the merchandiser with monthly trading reviews & WSSI trading, providing insights and recommendations for weekly trading meetings and be given autonomy to own the planning for small initiatives! You’ll also supervise the Merchandising Administrator, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and assist the merchandiser in the range planning process – to name a few examples!
You'll really fit in if you have:
* Experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser
* Experience supervising a Merchandising Administrator
* Experience in Clothing merchandising and WSSI
* Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in story telling through accurate analysis that uncovers root cause
