The salary for this position is £26,985 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive:
* Answering inbound correspondence offering a one-step resolution for all
* Agreeing callbacks to customers until resolutions are achieved
* Achieving revenue and margin targets for your customer base
* Delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting both head office and site level
* Driving revenue and providing market-leading customer experience
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support Experience:
* Previous experience in sales support and/or customer service
* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
* Experience in using data to identify spending gaps and drive key sales metrics
* Ability to work towards targets
