An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator to join this global automotive component supplier. The business is well established and has a very strong order book, they are also investing a further £30m in the plant over the next few years.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance trades to support planned and un-planned activities.
* You will use business systems and documentation to support and improve asset availability and achieve maintenance KPI targets.
* Organise and control effective maintenance and repairs of all equipment including procurement of spares etc.
* Agree repair plans and cascade through the 3 shift cycle
* Lead key maintenance improvement activities while supporting other departments, also monitor daily work load and prioritise labour effectively

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Previous Maintenance Planning, Co-ordinating or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment A good working knowledge of metal forming, fabrication and assembly processes
* Experienced in prioritising engineering maintenance improvement activities, controlling labour and department budgets
* HNC qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
