We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager for a global engineering and asset management business, who specialize within industrial machinery. They deliver solutions for all of the machinery and equipment it supplies, with a large number of mobile engineers throughout the UK.
Role & responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage a team of compliance officers & engineers
* Full control of compliance Asset schedules.
* Drive and deliver KPIs for team members
* Drive innovation to enhance existing offerings.
* Geographical planning of mobile engineers.
* Manage customer relationships.
* Focusing on Health and safety, compliance related matters occurring
* Investigating and actioning incidents
* Completing health and safety, quality, and environmental audits
* Chairing and attending meetings
* Assisting in tender processes for both new and existing customers
Experience required :
* Proven experience managing a team of compliance staff
* Engineering experience is beneficial
* H&S, Quality or Environmental related experience
* Ability to influence and motivate and coach staff
* Commercial awareness
* Profit & loss
* Computer literate.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willing to travel within throughout UK
