Job title: Food Production Operative
Location: Evesham
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 07:00 – 16:00
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temporary – Permanent
An established, producer and distributor of speciality foods based in Evesham, is seeking for additional Production Operator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working Monday to Friday.
As a Production Operator you will be responsible to:
Pick and pack orders from a pick sheet provided.
Locating the correct goods as per customer orders using barcodes and serial numbers
Inspecting goods for damage or faults before they are packed
Completing paperwork or entering data into software to allow orders to be tracked
Working in cold storage on a day to day basis
Assisting in rotation of stock.
Labelling and printing bar codes on to product boxes
Keeping the Warehouse tidy and organised.
Other general Warehousing duties.
As a Production Operator you will be required to:
Have previous experience working as a Food Production Operative.
Ensuring you work in a safe manner taking care in all activities.
Following health and safety policies and procedures in the warehouse
The role of Production Operator is working on a temporary – permanent basis being paid £11.44 per hour with the potential of a permanent contract after the completion of a 12 week period.
