Chemical Sales Executive
Location: Powys, Wales / Field based.
Salary: £28,000 + Commission
We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Chemical Sales Executive for an exciting opportunity with a manufacturer of speciality chemical products based in Powys. As a crucial member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing client accounts within the chemical industry.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded chemist to work with a highly successful business who have grown exponentially over the past 10 years.
The Role:
Working alongside an experienced sales manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. Key duties will include:
Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through strategic planning.
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing a high-quality service.
Collaboration with the technical teams to provide bespoke solutions for clients.
Provide first line technical service & support to clients.
Travel across the UK & Europe to meet with clients.
Required:
A BSc or similar qualification in chemistry or related field.
Commercial experience within the chemical or scientific field
Confident communication with the ability to negotiate and influence.
Driven and ambitious character with a can-do attitude
