IT Business Relationship manager required for a leading client based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. My client is currently seeking a suitable candidate to come on board and
serve as the primary liaison for coordinating IT and the group's efforts at the regional level, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support the companies' regional goals and drive positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an advocate for a consistent prioritisation framework across all regions, ensuring adherence to global standards and effective alignment.
Coordinate consistently across the groups regional functions to ensure streamlined IT solutions and practices.
Achieve tangible business outcomes for transformative projects, ensuring they align with the company objectives.
Play a key role in technology integrations during acquisitions, focusing on maximising synergistic value.
Collaborate closely with IT Business Partners for demand intake, guiding the overall direction of technology solutions to meet business needs.
Align IT delivery with the groups regional business strategies by effectively managing and prioritising IT demands.
Demonstrate the business core values by exemplifying ethical conduct, adhering to Group policies and procedures, and leading by example.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of ITIL4, including certification
Change Management accreditation - APMG, PROSCI or equivalent
Financial Management acumen
