COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
* $20.00/hour (pay increase after 1 year please let your candidates know)
* Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K (benefits kick in after 90 days)
SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, plus mandatory overtime when needed. Might be expected to start as early as 6am.
NOTE:candidates MUST have a good track record, besides warehouse, the client is also open to candidates who have a retail or customer service experience. MUST also be comfortable working in warehouse for about a year. Friendly positive attitude, team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Will start out in warehouse to learn and recognize products.
* Responsible for pulling and packaging orders.
* Assisting customers at will-call.
* Report any shortages or damaged products.
* Operate forklifts/pallet jacks (as needed, no experience needed client will train)
* Once trained in this role will move into a Counter Sales position role assisting customers at will-call, answering phones, entering jobs in database, will be the first point of contact.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MUST have high school diploma or GED
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to details.
* Comfortable starting in the warehouse and operating equipment.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Candidate must have a good track record, retail, warehouse and customer service background is a plus!
Hiring is based on assessments; candidates will be tested on a variety of things. Its a combination of personality, math, and critical thinking assessments.
